1本产品主要由柜体、自控、报警和冲气、布气、配电系统组成，分别由正腔与副腔组成，正腔内装有用户要求的各种普通检测仪表分析仪表显示仪表监视器微电脑触摸屏大功率频器等电器元件，
2正压柜通过防爆控制箱内的智能控制系统及压力控制系统相匹配后将洁净空气或惰眭气体引入正压腔。达到防爆目的，
3该产品能智能集中控制，液晶文字显示，自动换气，延时自动供电，失压补气，自动切换电源等功能。主腔内工作气压为80Pa～500Pa，当气压高于500Pa时自动关闭进气或开启排气阀，能自动调整内部气压，保证产品不受高气压冲击而变形损坏，当气压低于80Pa时自控系统自动报警，自动进气调整内部气压，补气成功自动恢复正常，不成功并内部气压降到60Pa时系统自动断电。
