1.防爆智能（大屏幕称重）显示器仪表箱采用超高亮度LED数码块，视窗口为钢化玻璃，分别有单面窗口和双面窗口，特殊光学栅处理，可在阳光下使用，视角范围大，内部具有智能接口，可选用RS232，RS485接口各种仪表连接。

2.采用RS485双向通讯接口。PLC或计算机作上位机，负责对用户在密码器上输入的密码进行校对，并返回相对应的处理结果。密码器是用户用来输入密码及显示上位机处理结果信息。一台PLC可同时与多台密码器联网。为了避免总线争用的情况出现，另外一路RS485接口用作密码器之间的互锁，在其中一台密码器与上位机正在通讯的时候，其他密码器自动锁定处于等待状态，特接触锁定后再进行下一台的通讯，此路接口无需接入上位机，只需在密码器之间互相连接就行了。密码器内部有地址跳选开关，可依次选定密码器的机器地址，使上位机能保证与每一台密码器的正确通讯。
