适用范围：Application scope

在爆炸性危险所作为钢管或电线配线工程的防爆隔离密封之用。

主要技术参数：Specification

1、耐热度：90℃，五小时不流淌，不起泡；

2、耐低温：-50℃，无变化；

3、可塑性：5~10mm；

4、密封性：填入G2"的隔离封盒内，待固化后施加50Kpa的水压，保1min，不滴水，无位移；

5、防爆性：32.2%混合氢气传爆试验，不传爆；

6、击穿电压2.5mm厚的试件耐压一分钟，大于4KV无击穿闪络。

displace within 1 min under 50 kpa water pressure;

5 Explosion proof feature: 32.2% mixed hydrogenium progagated blast

test, it’ll not explode;

6 Shocking voltage: withstand voltage in 1 minutess for 2.5mm test part,

it has no shocking flashover phenomena when it is more than 4KV.

施工要求：Construction request

1、施工前应将电线、仪表等清除干净，不得有油、水、灰土油污，金属表面应将锈除净，以免影响施工效果；

2、密封胶泥施工时要填实，其深度不小于50mm；

3、做料堵的填充物要用不燃性材料，如石棉等；

4、冬季施工时，如密封胶泥变硬，应将其放在室温内，放置一段时间后再使用，但不能用明火直接烤。

1 The cable wire and meter must be cleaned up before construction, it must be no oil, water and dust, rust on the surface of metal must be cleaned sealing daub;

2 The daub must be filled completely, the deepness is not less than 50mm;

3 It must fit with flame-proof material such as asbestos;

4 In winter it must be placed at room temperature environment, for sometime, but it can not be baked on fire.
